Reporting something outdated or wrong
If a step in the guide no longer matches what Binance shows, or you spot an error, please write in. It helps to include:
- which part of the guide you mean (the heading is enough);
- what Binance's page or app showed instead;
- whether you were using the website or the app, and roughly when.
Every report is read, though a reply can't always be promised.
What not to send
Never email passwords, verification codes, passkey details, ID documents or screenshots that show your balance or personal information. Cryvela has no access to Binance accounts and can't unlock, verify or recover one. For problems with your own account, contact Binance through its official Help Center, and check any address that claims to be Binance on Binance Verify first.
